Uncivilized: Captain Nemo and the Legend of Dwarka

I'd like to give a shout-out to my illustrator, Tuua Tulisalmi , for c ontinuing a beautiful 150-something-year-old tradition of making Captain Nemo shout and point at nerds who show up on his submarine uninvited: From the original illustrations by Alphonse de Neuville and Édouard Riou (1871), to the phenomenal video game Verne: the Shape of Fantasy (2023), to James Dormer's Nautilus TV series starring Shazad Latif (2024), our boy has always lost his cool when faced with people who don't take him as seriously as he takes himself.
